Required input

Use a UTF-8 CSV with closed_at in ISO-8601 format including a timezone, and net_pnl in one account currency after all trading costs. Sort it chronologically. Duplicate timestamps, missing fields and non-finite amounts are rejected instead of silently repaired.

Observed is not complete

A realized balance breach is evidence of an observed breach under the chosen hypothetical thresholds. No observed breach is not a pass: unrealized losses, open positions, firm-specific resets and trailing rules cannot be reconstructed from two columns.

No company endorsement

The thresholds in this tool are user-defined examples, not current rules for any named firm. A firm-specific assessment needs a dated official rule source and an appropriate equity series.
